Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to external factors like weather or courier service issues.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. A standard delivery charge of ₹79 applies, and orders above ₹1000+ qualify for free delivery. Free shipping may also apply on select orders or promotions.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure the address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts (RTO) will incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
