Refund Policy

At Armay Homes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are issued only under specific conditions as outlined below:

Return to Origin (RTO): If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged/Wrong Product: Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged or incorrect and reported within 48 hours of delivery with a valid unboxing video.

Missing Product: If any item is missing from your order, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and video of the parcel. Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Cases: We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier partners or minor variations in colour/texture due to the handmade nature of our products.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

At Armay Homes, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Proof Required: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.

No Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor colour/texture variations due to the handmade nature of our products.
